The new 2010 spring /summer collection with cast of unique ancient architectural building patterns of Samarkand, Bukhara and Khiva is a new GULI Brand designer Gulnara`s experimental elaboration. Past centuries aesthetics, subtly and originally expressed by the author and polished with modern technology, appeared as marvelous national culture element remarks - reincarnated and actualized. The laser engraving, reiterating the terracotta ornamental pattern tangles of Samanid mausoleum on silk, ceramic scattering trimmings, recalling the image of ancient minaret in Samarkand Registan, embroidered ancient patterns, decorating with the colored glass, cast manually... Creation of these models was preceded by the hard work on revival of the ancient weaving technologies, as well the reconstruction of ancient architecture patterns and forms based on archaeological researches. This kind of deep approach to the collection allowed the brand author find the most felicitous ways of color combination, big spatial forms and silhouettes in architecture with characteristics of weaving, the fabric coloration, the cut and the design of clothes.
