It is impossible to disregard, the fact, that the founder of these creative collections is a political scientist whose basic education far, at first sight, from design. Having a Harvard Degree (MA) she has received the degree of a doctor of political sciences, professor. But back to the very beginning.

Gulnara graduated from Tashkent State University and Tashkent University of Information Technologies, Harvard University. Processes of education and self-education are continuous for her as in the field of her primary activity - political-economical researches, as well as in creative hobbies: languages, music, fine arts. Having basic education Gulnara in parallel graduated from the courses in design of jewelry and accessories at New-York FIT.

Having worked at University of World Economy and Diplomacy in Uzbekistan, she continued her career in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in analysis and forecasting Management, and was engaged in United Nations projects and others as Nuclear Free Zone in Central Asia. Having been given assignment as the Minister-Counsellor of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Russia, Gulnara’s activity has become the part of joint projects of these countries. The Fund “Forum of culture and art of Uzbekistan” has become the brightest, working on different fields: cultural events, political roundtable and business Forums.

Gulnara has created and successfully patronizes the public charitable organizations: a well-known in many countries of the world Fund Forum, Public Association “Women’s Council”, as well as the Charity Foundation “Mehr Nuri” (“Light of mercy”) and Social Initiatives Support Fund. Different people of absolutely different trade and way of thinking participate in the projects realized by these organizations and in the actions directed on development of culture, art, education, sports, social support.

Currently, along with activities related to social projects, Gulnara combines her duties with managing the Center for Political Studies, an organization she founded, which has managed to create a conceptually new information base and analytical activity and to establish contacts with many major centers in this area and with experts abroad.

The jeweler’s imagination in original way embodied in stones and metals, have outgrown in laconic collections, and the hobby of clothes designing became a basis not only for own author's collections, but also for creation of such projects, largest in Uzbekistan. The outcome of creative association of designers of Uzbekistan, is reflected in traditional Festival of national dress and demonstrated in the sensational public-project Art Week STYLE.UZ. Thanks to these projects a traditional art becomes actual again, and young designers have an opportunity to introduce themselves.
